High Grove is a new community ideally situated at the end of the 192 just on H27. It boasts executive Mediterranean style 4 and 5 bed pool homes. It is in easy reach of all the local attractions and only 10 minutes from Disney.
You will find your selves within easy reach of all that the Orlando area offers you from the theme parks to International Drive with its many attractions only being 20 minutes drive away.
The beach is just an hour's drive and so is the Kennedy Space center.

Bedrooms:
This home consists of four bedrooms, each having walk in closets with adequate storage for those cases. Two master with king size beds and en-suites, (with hairdryers), one has patio doors onto the decking area of the pool, the other has a pool bath (very important when wet!) which has doors linking through to the pool area. All bed linen and towels are provided; both the masters are fitted with colour televisions (with a choice of 200 channels!) and clock radios.
The other two bedrooms are twins with a “Jack and Jill” style bathroom (connecting doors from both rooms with separate W.C.) Both of these rooms have TV's and clock radios.
For those parties that need it the home has a crib. Family Room:
Comfy to relax in and take the weight off those tired legs and feet after all that exploring in the parks. It has a sofa/sleeper matching chair, coffee tables with card and board games for your enjoyment a wide screen television with a choice of 200 channels for you to watch that all important weather report so you can plan your next day! Patio doors with pool alarm (piece of mind if you have little ones!) are fitted for you to gain access to the lovely pool area where you will find padded patio furniture and sun lounges. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated if you wish at an extra charge. .
Kitchen/Diner:
This is fully equipped with every modern convenience going from dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker (essential in the Florida heat!), microwave to napkin rings, salt and pepper shakers. It has seating for up to six at the table in the diner with two matching barstools at the bar, which links the living area to the kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer and iron and board.
Our Villa has full air conditioning and heat when required, and all TVs are satellite. A phone is available with free local calls. Recently added for guests use WiFi Internet access just connect your WiFi enabled laptop or PDA.
Games Room;
In here you will find a pool table, table tennis, air hockey and darts to keep everyone amused, a great room for teenagers!
Outside:
Large 26 foot, private heated pool and jacuzzi with covered patio/lanai.
All doors leading to the pool are alarmed for the safety of children , you also have access to the pool bathroom attached to master suite 2 from the pool.
Patio has four luxury-padded chairs, two padded loungers and an umbrella table.
High Grove Retreat offers an excellent position with superb open
views over the lake and conservation.
