High Grove offers easy access to the Interstate 4 which leads to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast and the fabulous Busch Gardens theme park at Tampa Bay. Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes away; Walt Disney World is 10 minutes away. Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet 'n' Wild all within a 20 minute drive and there is a championship 18-hole golf course just half a mile away.

Our luxury Florida vacation home is fully air conditioned and sleeps ten comfortably. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villas special features include its own south west facing private heated pool, Jacuzzi Spa and deck, up graded furniture including a wide screen TV, games room and Internet access.

Kitchen / Dining , this is fully equipped with every modern convenience going from dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker (essential in the Florida heat!), microwave to napkin rings, salt and pepper shakers. It has seating for up to six at the table in the diner with two matching barstools at the bar, which links the living area to the kitchen. There is also a washer, dryer, iron and board. Our Villa has full air conditioning and heat when required, and all TVs are satellite. A phone is available with free local calls.

Dreams Begin has four bedrooms, each having walk in closets with adequate storage for those cases. Two master with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms, both master baths have hairdryers, one has patio doors onto the decking area of the pool, the other has a pool bath (very important when wet!) which has doors linking through to the pool area. All bed linen and towels are provided; both the masters are fitted with 19” colour televisions (with a choice of up to 200 channels!) and clock radios.

The other two bedrooms are twins with a “Jack and Jill” style bathroom (connecting doors from both rooms with separate W.C.) Both of these rooms have clock radios and 13” TV's.
